Set on a 4,000 m² site, this fast-track project was completed within just eight months. The development comprises three interconnected portal-frame bays, each spanning 28 m and with a depth of 28 m, each equipped with a 20-tonne overhead crane.

In addition, two of the warehouses are fitted with doors measuring 6 m wide by 6 m high to accommodate the movement of large vehicles. The third warehouse is designed with the provision for a full-width opening of 20 m by 6 m, allowing even the largest structures to be transported in and out with ease.

Forward Structures were responsible for all the architectural design, permitting, structural steel design and civil works.
