The new EBTC is a facility for the reception, processing, storage and distribution of blood, tissues and cells. The edifice is designed, built, validated and operated according to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
This is a Design and Build Agreement project where the contractor’s scope was to develop the proposed designs, supply, install, test, commission, successfully validate, certify and handover to the Employer all works as identified in Employer’s Requirements.
Forward Structure’s role was to provide Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy during the course of the excavation works, piling works, construction and modification through the entire course of the project from tender through to handover.
